2. Use data to enhance WalkMe content: Activity Board

The Activity Board is a new dashboard which aggregates the main activities and insights around WalkMe content. Providing key data to understand and analyze the performance of your WalkMe content. Get weekly “at a glance” insights that you can effectively act on in order to optimize your content as part of your weekly workflow.

3. New system creation flow

Simplify the way you create and manage new systems in the Admin Center. A new unified management view will guide you in configuring systems based on your use case and requirements. This feature revamp will enable you to move faster and be self-sufficient as you scale your DAP footprint.

4. Get actionable insights with UI Intelligence (UII)

Harness the power of WalkMe’s artificial intelligence to reach maximum productivity, reduce user frustration and identify automation opportunities. We now support SuccessFactors (aka Sufa) and ServiceNow-ServicePortal, in addition to Salesforce Lightning and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

5. New Roles and Permissions

A clear and intuitive user management architecture enables consistency across your accounts to help WalkMe admins manage team permissions by standardizing role distribution and hierarchy in each account.

6. Multi-Language Integrations with Lilt.

We’ve integrated with Lilt to automate your translation process. Easily purchase translation services and manage WalkMe content in multiple languages. Lilt makes translating WalkMe content to multiple languages more efficient. It takes one business day to translate 2,000 words. 

7. We’ve saved the best for last: Workstation!

One Hub for all employee needs. Empower employees to work smarter. With Workstation, employees can easily initiate workflows, automate tasks, find information and stay engaged – directly from the desktop.
