The media has been buzzing for weeks about a tech conference to take place in the 2nd week of September. That week has finally arrived. And while you might be expecting us to make our predictions about Apple’s big media event, we are going to go in a slightly different direction.
UX Week, the big user experience conference in San Francisco which begins tomorrow and which runs through Friday, is an event that we are really looking forward to.
The conference features several dynamic speakers that we are looking forward to hearing from, including Amanda Dameron, Editor in Chief of Dwell, Ken Jennings, famous Jeopordy! champion and best-selling author of Maphead, Because I Said So!, & the Junior Genius Guides, Karina Van Schaardenburg of foursquare, and more. The conference also includes several workshops on topics such as rapid iteration on mobile, developer-centered UX design and Experience Mapping.
WalkMe will be there, of course, to remind you that not only is user confusion on your website or software bad for business, but that it is possible and easily attainable to provide a user experience that is simple, intuitive and personalized – one that will be truly valued by your users.
