Heather Wurtz is the Sr. Director of Customer Experience - Digital Transformation at LeaseAccelerator. She has been a guest educator for the WalkMe Digital Adoption Institute, was recognized as part of the DAP Top 100 in 2022, and was a finalist in the Customer Experience category at the WalkMe Realize 2022 conference. She manages the DAPidee-Do-Da Slack workspace and the LinkedIn group Digital Adoption Collective. When she's not automating, analyzing, optimizing, or documenting processes - she likes to spend her time (obsessively) landscaping around her home in Texas.
