As CRM Engagement Manager for GOJO, makers of PURELL, Lacy has strategic, change management, and project leadership responsibilities for customer relationship management (CRM). It’s her job to make it easier for her teammates to do their jobs, creating exceptional customer and employee experiences along the way. She leads GOJO’s WalkMe Center of Excellence, is a WalkMe Certified Digital Adoption Solution Engineer and has been a guest panelist on the WalkMe DAP ProShow. When she takes her DAP hat off, Lacy travels with her son, volunteers with church and Cub Scouts, and pursues her MBA.
