Laura Valenziano is a Program Manager at Stripe and a pioneer in the field of Digital Adoption. She has developed hundreds of DAP interventions across half a dozen applications, with a focus on change management and user adoption of new ways of working. She combines her Masters, PhD, and MBA knowledge with nearly two decades in domain practice across organizational transformation, technology adoption, and product management to help her customers achieve lasting change impact. She is based in Seattle where she serves on the county library Board of Directors, and enjoys watercolor painting and writing.
