WalkMe and SAP deliver an integrated offering with SAP SuccessFactors solutions

This summer was full of exciting developments at WalkMe, some of which have already been showcased in the media and are winning awards – see the WalkMe Discovery announcement and the award we won. 

The recent SAP-certified integration with SAP SuccessFactors solutions was another high-point for us. The integration provides joint WalkMe and SAP SuccessFactors customers a fast, efficient, and secure way for employees to navigate various workflows within SAP SuccessFactors solutions, on both mobile and desktop. What’s more, the certification demonstrates WalkMe’s digital adoption platform (DAP) passed SAP’s stringent functional and performance benchmarks.  

Building on the success of Concur User Assistant by WalkMe, the SAP integration between WalkMe and SAP SuccessFactors solutions leverages WalkMe technology to provide relevant guidance, content, and enhanced user journey analytics within the SAP SuccessFactors solution, driving digital adoption, efficient employee onboarding, and optimal employee experiences.
