WalkMe Unveils New Features: March 2016

We are excited to announce that the WalkMe platform has been updated today with new features and enhancements. Please note: Your current Walk-Thrus will not be affected by this update, and changes will not be implemented until you update and publish your Walk-Thrus. Here are the highlights: • Dynamic Text: Boost user engagement by personalizing the messages that your users see in Walk-Thrus and ShoutOuts. You can insert content from variables, cookies and even jQuery (read more about this feature). • Mobile Web Support: Create rich mobile web experiences with the new mobile emulator. You can now engage on-the-go users by creating specific Walk-Thrus, Launchers and ShoutOuts for end-users who are using a specific mobile device (read more about this feature). • Salesforce Lightning Support: WalkMe is now fully compatible with Salesforce Lightning, supporting organizations migrating to Lightning from Salesforce Classic.
