Long story short, Team USA won America’s Cup today rallying from a 1-8 deficit.
Don’t call it a comeback!
Now, I’m not going to say WalkMe is the reason for this epic comeback, but I’m also not going to say we weren’t the reason.
If you remember, I wrote about how WalkMe could improve Team USA’s chances with our helpful navigation and guidance tools before the championship started (see it here). I then wrote about how WalkMe could STILL help Team USA even though they were down by a large margin. Though I was wrong about the actually record of the race – there were some discrepancies since Team USA was penalized for a weight adjustment.
However, right after that last post, Team USA went on a miraculous run and beat the Kiwis 8 straight times to win the 2013 America’s Cup. Was the post a momentum-shifting pep talk? I like to think that it was.
So Team USA, Oracle, and Larry Ellison, you’re welcome.
