We’re always amazed by the creative ways our customers use WalkMe to enhance digital transformation – and each year, we host the Realizer Awards as part of WalkMe Realize, our flagship customer event, to recognize and celebrate the inspirational organizations and digital adoption professionals who drive innovation and impact for their end users, teams, and organizations. The theme of this year’s WalkMe Realize event was “Where Changemakers Meet,” and the Realizer Award finalists and winners are the definition of changemakers, inspiring us and organizations far and wide with their creativity and leadership. 

We’re thrilled to introduce the winners of the 2024 Realizer Awards:

Best Employee Experience | ServiceNow

ServiceNow’s digital adoption team is “on a heroic quest for digital workplace excellence,” and they joined forces with WalkMe to deliver consumer-grade experiences to their employees across 60+ applications. From its CRM to HR ecosystem and beyond, they’ve used WalkMe to create a unified digital ecosystem that drives productivity with automated solutions, reduces support tickets with creative DAP content that appears exactly when users need it, and ultimately, makes users smile. The team also makes heavy use of WalkMe analytics to continuously optimize their solutions and deliver even more value. 

Transformational Business Impact | State Farm

State Farm hires thousands of employees each year and strives to deliver a best-in-class experience that enables new hires to get up to speed quickly, so they can start working on rewarding tasks and delivering value to policyholders. 

The team observed new hires’ onboarding experience throughout the organization, identified pain points, and used numerous WalkMe solutions – including WalkMe Workstation – to reduce the time it takes for new hires to get up and running with business-critical systems by 69%, returning thousands of productivity hours to the business. Moreover, new hires now rate the onboarding experience 4.7/5 – and this effort has significantly enhanced the relationship between the Digital Performance Team and the Claims and Operations Support business areas, fostering collaboration and collective problem-solving.

DAP Professional of the Year | Tom Cupit, Aetna, a CVS Health Company

Tom Cupit leads the Digital Solutions team for Aetna Clinical Services at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, and they serve as the digital adoption Center of Excellence for the organization. This cross-functional team supports everything from business case intake through DAP solution development, analysis, and executive reporting. Tom’s vision and passion for the power of digital adoption is exemplified by multiple projects that use automated DAP solutions to simplify and expedite the case handling processes for 6300+ staff. As a result, staff progress cases quickly, without needing to context shift to find resources, and can focus on member needs and communication.

As evidenced above, Realizer Award winners exemplify a spirit of innovation and drive for excellence – and their remarkable achievements serve as an inspiration to all those in the field of digital adoption.
