WalkMe is thrilled to have received a Silver award for Best Cloud-Based Learning Solution in the LearnX Impact Awards 2015.
WalkMe has received the award for our successful work with our customers SmartPayroll and OpenTable.
Now in its 8th year, the Impact Awards aim to honor those companies making an impact in Learning and Development. LearnX aims to amplify the impact of learning and supporting technologies through shared learning experiences. The foundation’s annual LearnX Impact Awards aims to identify and celebrate exceptional accomplishments of individuals and organizations in learning and development across a plethora of industries and award categories.
SmartPayroll provides a leading cloud payroll solution for small and medium business employers. The business software has over 10 000 customers across a wide range of industries and verticals. In recent years, the company has seen exponential growth, expanding their offerings to better streamline payroll processes. It came to WalkMe to improve their customer onboarding process and to ensure that users always remember what they learned. Since implementing WalkMe’s learning solution, SmartPayroll has seen an 18% increase in customer satisfaction. When customers open their SmartPayroll dashboard, they are immediately offered onscreen support so that they can complete tasks, even complex processes that they haven’t worked on since last quarter.
“The WalkMe solution has been a great success for us and far exceeded our expectations,” said Chris Partridge, CEO of SmartPayroll. In addition to the increase in customer satisfaction and a 20% reduction in incoming support requests, Partridge added that “the unexpected benefit was that our employees could use WalkMe to train new helpdesk personnel and also as a reference tool when assisting customers that called in. Overall the service our employees gave our customers improved as a consequence.” View more details in the case study.
OpenTable is a website and mobile app dedicated to connecting diners with the perfect restaurant. OpenTable works with over 32,000 restaurants worldwide and it serves over 15 million users per month. OpenTable came to WalkMe to improve its onboarding and training process. OpenTable sought a way to lower support volumes and to shorten training times by improving Salesforce knowledge retention and accuracy.
“We invested a lot into Salesforce and WalkMe drives the measurable and tangible results we are after. We implemented WalkMe for 250 Salesforce users. What we saw was a sharp drop of 30% in the required time for onboarding and a 21% decrease in number of requests by employees for assistance. Overall, I can say that our Sales Operations team productivity has greatly improved.” – Domenic Di Tomaso, Senior Sales Operations Analyst at OpenTable. View more details in this case study.
We would like to thank both SmartPayroll and OpenTable for our continued relationship, and for their cooperation in nominating WalkMe for this award.
The LearnX awards are to be presented at a ceremony in Sydney on 9th September.
