Bush’s session entitled “How to Grow Your Business During Disruption” focused on why product-led growth is so crucial right now.
Bush defines product-led growth as, “a go-to-market strategy that relies on using your product as the main vehicle to acquire, activate, and retain customers.” Delving deeper into what makes customers devoted to a particular product or brand, Bush laid out some ways to remove pain and friction to the customer experience. Starting with onboarding, Bush advised marketers to minimize the number of required steps for a user to experience value.
