WalkMe for the RISE Journey
The RISE Marathon – A 4-Part Webinar Series
Most SAP RISE migrations fail not because the software doesn’t work — but because the people and change management don’t. Join us across four episodes as we walk through the stages of the RISE marathon: from de-risking your move, to driving process excellence, to sustaining adoption long after go-live.

De-Risk Your SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Go-live is the start line, not the finish line. In the premiere episode of the series, Sam Masri, Global CRO at SAP, and KJ Kusch, SVP Global Field CTO at WalkMe, walk through the five risks that cause RISE programmes to stall after go-live — Clean Core debt, training that expires before Day 1, Hypercare that never ends, cross-app workflow failures, and AI investment nobody uses.
Episode 2 – Now Available On Demand
The RISE Journey in Practice — A Deloitte Perspective
In Episode 2, we go beyond go-live into the real-world execution challenges that determine whether your RISE programme delivers lasting value. Joined by Deloitte — one of SAP’s leading implementation partners — you’ll see how they embed adoption into RISE delivery from day one, through two real client stories: an energy company enforcing Source-to-Pay compliance and an oil and gas company protecting field data integrity. Real client scenarios, real outcomes.

From Pilot to Enterprise Scale – Building a Digital Adoption Capability
In Episode 3, we move from partner proof into a real customer playbook. Lockheed Martin and ISG walk through how they scaled from a WalkMe pilot to an enterprise-wide digital adoption capability – and share the operating model you can take back to your own RISE programme.

Episode 4: Coming Soon
What does a successful RISE transformation actually return? We close the series by making the ROI case for getting adoption right from day one.
